Participants of Clubs organized in Hamburger Sportbund will get a reduced fee of 80,00 € per person. Group fee for 3 and more registered participants from the same institution will be 50,00 € per person.
Participants fee includes:
- Beverages and Finger food during lectures and within short breaks
- Participation in all lectures and presentations by national and international known speakers
- Congress Handbook including all necessary informations and abstracts of presentations

To applicate for participation at the 18th International Hamburg Congress on Sport, Economy and Media please send an Email with following details to the address: info@symposium-hamburg.com:

– Status: Standard, dvs, IASC, dvs 50% (please send dvs membership number), Student (please send an actual student ID), Member Club of Hamburger Sportbund (Bitte Zugehörigkeitsnachweis beifügen)
– Invoice adress for the participants fee
Cancellation of registration
A free cancellation of the registration for the 18th International Hamburg Congress on Sport, Economy and Media on 03rd and 04th September 2018 is possible until 31.07.2018.
From 01.08.2018 till 15.08.2018 a cancellation fee of 30% of the participant fee will be withheld. From 16.08.2018 on there will be no payback of the participation fee.
However, it is possible to transfer the participation at the congress to another person. For this purpose, please contact the organization (info@symposium-hamburg.com).
